Each day, we communicate with others through our spoken words, body language, and written communication. This course can show you how to make sure you are sending the right message.

Course 2: Business Etiquette-Gaining that Extra Edge

Etiquette questions can be agonizing. Understanding the basics of business etiquette can give you that extra edge and help you stand out from the crowd.

Course 3: Managing Difficult Conversations

Whether it’s asking about a sensitive subject, telling someone they have broccoli in their teeth, or confronting a co-worker about their rude behavior, we all face difficult conversations from time to time. This course will give you a framework that you can use to help you work through tough situations.

Course 4: Public Speaking- Presentation Survival School

This course will teach you how to manage your thoughts, body language, nervousness, and speech patterns to present yourself professionally. You’ll also learn how to present at meetings, use the five-S pattern to prepare a good presentation, and punch up your presentation with visual aids.

Course 5: Conversational Leadership

This course will help you develop your conversational leadership skills by focusing on meaningful conversations and communication. You will also learn about the World Café model, which you can use to foster input and conversation for any problem at hand.

Duration:  You can start this course anytime and must finish with 6 months from the start date.
