Counselling provides an effective method of understanding the pressure caused by occupational stress and offers a supportive remedy.
Workplace Counselling is an intensive face-to-face programme that gives you the skill set to provide employees support during challenging periods.
The training course is designed to equip you with fundamental knowledge, skills and awareness to adequately support employees in the workplace. It presents as an essential tool kit for businesses to implement a systematic approach towards employee care and wellbeing.
Who Should Attend
This is a continuing professional development course designed specifically for those with key management or human resources responsibilities such as employee relations, coaching, interviewing, performance management, appraisals, and supervision.
For anyone leading a team, it can be challenging when you do not have the information and skills needed to support your staff. This course will inform you about common issues and strategies for managing supportive & effective communication.

Course Duration & Assessment
The course is delivered over 4 evenings and 1 full day. Evening sessions are from 5.30pm to 8.30pm run from Tuesday to Friday plus 8.00am to 3.00pm on Saturday. Candidates will be given some reading materials and videos one week prior to the workshop. A 1000-word written essay has to be submitted within two weeks after the face-to-face workshop to complete the course.
